Day 38 of Self Care

I’ve been doing the 1400 Kcal diet , 350-500 Kcal per each meal and balancing the rest of the day depending on the meal intake of calories. I never exceeded 1550 calories per day.

My current weight is 99.0 Kg  which means i didn’t lose anything from the day i left Kuwait. Right here i don’t eat junk food or ready made food, i cook my self the same portions Diet care used to bring me. Even though i’m working at home alot and at work too.. the weight loss isn’t rapid

The hardest thing in my diet these days is that my colleagues at work they tend to eat everything that i can’t have (baked potatoes, chips, McDonalds, Ice cream, Cookies, Chocolates, Dreambars, Muffins..etc) I’ve been holding my self very well. In these 38 day i have chocolate twice and they were the 100 Cal. per bar chocolates.

I think i need to see my nutritionist here again! Specially that i have no freakin time to workout unless i had to do it at 1 am !  My daily schedules been: wake up at 7, go out, come back for supper, clean the house , study, sleep at 1 am and i barely sleep -i’m still jet lagging.

I really feel my self “محرومة”

Can’t wait to live healthy and break some necks.

  1. If you are in the US, we have amazing bars, 150 cal max. And you can find snacks with the same amount of cal too.

    Check yr blood sugar ok…see if it’s normal

    Hi lulu most of the food here have soy oil or gluten.. so i can’t eat those foods instead i’m either having a soup or fruit or vegetable for snack.
    i should check my blood sugar.

    Ok so you didn’t lose weight, but did your measurements decrease? That’s what counts remember.

    And don’t worry too much about exercise. Cleaning the house can be considered exercise because you’re moving a lot. Try to squeeze in any time you could. If you go to RealAge.com you will find a 20 minute workout , start with the beginner like 3 times a week. Always park your car a little far so that you can walk. Don’t take the elevator if you’re going 1 or 2 storeys up, take the stairs instead. And if you have a few minutes at home to spare, why not go up and down the stairs 🙂

    No one said it was going to be easy. If I was next to you I would scream into your ear STOP OBSESSING! Focus on being healthy, and not on losing weight. And go to RealAge.com, you will find plenty of helpful tips on losing weight and having a healthy lifestyle.

    i missed you toooo… thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you for the website.. it is very usefull. You know i was living healthy but now after a month .. my family met me and they were like (yal feel- you elephant) or they would make fun of my big bottom .. so i decided what it can’t be i didn’t lose anything all this time.. so i went and checked my weight and the shock no change at all. I mean common there should be a slight change at least.. 0.250 kilos at least. but no nothing.
    It is depressing when the surrounding isn’t really helping you to lose weight slowly and shower you with all kinds of comments (you eat alot, you don’t more, you love food ) and by that time you are dieting and eating green leaves!
    I will keep pushing my self. This coming april i need to be thin. i can’t handle more pain.
