Lifestyle: 30 minutes full body workout, 30 minutes 90 days plan, 30 minutes stretching

I don’t believe my eyes … it has been 5 months now and i’ve lost more than 20 kilos on judy’s very easy weight loss plan !!! i can’t believe my eyes, i can’t believe my size .. i am size 16 now i used to be size 20 , even though judy her self she is still wearing size 18 , but hey it is working for me better than it is for her hehehehehe 🙂 i love you judy .. and i love my tight , fit body.

People shut up i am a size 16 now hehehehe i don’t look obese anymore .. and they call me CHUBBY !

The last time i posted something my target weight was 90.. look at me now .. my target weight is 80 !! , ten kilograms less 🙂

Judy Abbott, Thank you for helping me and changing my life. I can’t wait until i’m size 10, weighting 60 kilo grams without flabby skin which you managed to take off.

    I stumbled on your blog while searching for stuff. You are so strong. Well done, my hat goes off to you. I have been trying to lose weight for nearly 2 years now with no luck. I lose a few and then put them right back on again. I feel like an absolute elephant and am not happy with my weight but at the same time cannot seem to control my cravings for food. I ask my husband all the time about being fat and he used to comment ‘you are lovely’ now I get the ‘well, you would look better if you lost some weight’. How did I let myself get to this stage. I have cholesterol and high sugar which shocked me a bit when I found out, now I am back to the norm eating and eating.
    I would really appreciate some advice if you would like to share.

    I have been there in your phase of yoyo dieting , one day losing couple of pounds and the other gaining the double back. Thanks to my friend Judy Abbott who managed to keep my cravings stable and eat all that i wish by writing my food diary and send it to her.
    I would recommend you send her an e-mail with your eating habits and social life and activity and i am sure she will give you all the support and advices you need. I bet she wouldn’t mind it and will give you all the support you need to take those extra pounds off.
    On the other hand, if it wasn’t for my friend i wouldn’t lost an inch specially that my husband loves my love handles and belly.
